About the Author
Christine is a coffee hobbyist, brewing her morning coffee with a V60. She was trained as a barista at EDSA Beverage Design Studio in the Philippines and co-founded Narrative Coffee Company (Manila) and Incommon Coffee Roasters (Antalya, Turkey).
Christine lives with her own baby-baristas (who like to finish the morning’s last sip) and her husband, Trent who is a World Coffee Championship judge (he’s very picky about his morning cup).
