All sales proceeds from this book are donated to Daye Bensa, a school in Ethiopia that Taf Coffee has been funding for many years. This initiative aims to provide essential clothing and food for the students, helping to create a better environment for learning and growth in the community.

About the Author

Yiannis Taloumis is a Greek coffee professional, roaster, and educator with more than three decades of experience in the coffee industry. He is the CEO and Head of Quality at the Athens-based roastery Taf, where he has helped pioneer specialty coffee in Greece through direct relationships with producers and a strong focus on quality and transparency. Taloumis is also a recipient of the Specialty Coffee Association Coffee Excellence Innovation Award and Lifetime Achievement Award for his contributions to the industry.
